I am Lynn Bart, an artist living in the White Mountains of New Hampshire.
Being a nature lover, I am blessed with visits from all kinds of animals right outside my door. Sometimes they even try to come in!
The White Mountains in New Hampshire, are almost 800,000 acres of National Forest land with beautiful scenery.
An idea setting for a landscape and wildlife artist like myself.
I try to capture all this in my oil and watercolor paintings, working mostly outdoors or ‘plein air’ when weather permits. On more challenging weather days, I take photos or carry a compact kit and paint in my nature sketchbook. When the wind or snow is really blowing, I retreat to my home and studio in Franconia, NH.
